Zen Studio Live or the firmware updater won't load

Open Zen Studio Live in Chrome. Open the firmware updater in Chrome or Edge. Other browsers are not the documented path.

Most likely: Wrong browser.

Fix

Switch to Chrome (or Edge for the updater).
Connect the Zen's PROG port to the PC before you expect the page to see the device.
Reload the page and reconnect.
